Not everyone you do business with or communicate with uses Outlook. However, you can share your Calendar with them using a browser. To do that, you can save your Calendar as a Web page in the HTML format. When you save your Calendar as a Web page, you can save it to your local computer, a network location, or a Web server, where others on the Web can access it. You can also send the Calendar Web page in an e-mail as an attachment, which your recipient can open in their Web browser.

Save a Calendar as a Web Page

In Outlook, click the Calendar button on the Navigation pane, and then display your Calendar.

Click the File menu, and then click Save As Web Page.

Enter a start date and an end date.

Type the text you want displayed above the calendar.

Click Browse.

Enter a file name for the Calendar.

Click Select.

To open the calendar in your Web browser after you save it, select the Open Saved Web Page In Browser check box.
