| Synchronizing your offline folders is easy after you have created your OST file. When you are synchronizing your folders, you can download a copy of your address book and your schedule. Up-to-date synchronization ensures that your e-mail and offline OST files are accurate. You can also set up the ability to store your public folders in your Offline OST file. Schedule the Synchronizing of Your Offline Folder -
| | Click Tools, click Options, click the Mail Setup tab, and then click Send/Receive. | -
| | Click the Schedule An Automatic Send/Receive Every x Minutes, and select a time in minutes. The Default is 5 minutes. | -

| | Click the Start button, click Control Panel, and then double-click the Mail icon in Classic view. | -
| | Select your profile, click E-Mail Accounts, and then click Next. | -

| | Select the Download Public Folder Favorites check box, click OK, click Next, and then click Finish. | -
