Outbound fax jobs awaiting transmission are displayed in a fax queue, just as pending print jobs are displayed in a print queue. The fax queue (see Figure 20-11) looks in most respects exactly like a print queue.

To display a fax queue, right-click the fax icon in your taskbar status area and choose Fax Queue. Or open the Start menu and choose Settings, Printers, Fax (if Fax is the name of your fax driver).
In the Fax Queue window, you can do any of the following:
- Cancel a fax job (Right-click it and choose Cancel from the shortcut menu.)
- Cancel all fax jobs (Choose Cancel All Faxes from the Fax menu.)
- Pause the entire queue (Choose Pause Faxing from the Fax menu.)
- Restart a paused queue (Choose Pause Faxing again from the Fax menu.)
- Inspect a fax job's properties (Right-click it and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.)
