With the enterprise features of Project Professional 2003 (when connected to Project Server 2003), you have access to powerful standardization, customization, resource management, and executive analysis capabilities across your entire organization.

To be able to use enterprise features in Project Professional 2003, you need to connect Project Professional 2003 to Project Server 2003. In addition, you need the following components :

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Service Pack3or later.

  This component must be installed before installing Microsoft Project Server. You should always ensure that you have applied the latest service packs for SQL Server and that you have the most recent security updates.

• Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, Service Pack3or later.

  This component is required to use the enterprise Portfolio Analyzer and Portfolio Modeler features.
