CCSP SECUR Exam Cram 2 (642-501)

Only specific Cisco devices can function as Easy VPN Servers. For routers, the IOS version must be 12.2(8)T or later. The current routers that are supported as servers are the following models:

  • 806, 826, 827, and 828

  • 905 and 925

  • 1700

  • 2600

  • 3600 and 3700

  • 7100

  • 7200

  • 7500

All PIX models running version PIXOS 6.2 or later are supported. Also supported are all VPN 3000 series concentrators running version 3.11 or later.
