The situation

Having experienced and benefited from coaching, Andrew s advice to others who are going to be coached is that they have an open mind and let it happen.

Advice for the coach

And his advice to coaches? That there is always one more question that you can ask which will move your coachee on even further “ don t be afraid to ask it! He suggests that coaches practise their questioning skills with a colleague by having an entire conversation made up only of questions.
