| Bounce To Sender is meant to discourage unwanted email: Select an unwanted message, then from the Message menu, choose "Bounce To Sender." The sender receives a reply that says your email address is invalid and the message was not delivered; the recipient cannot tell if the message has been read. The unwanted message is moved to your Trash folder. Unfortunately, this does not work for most junk email because spam return addresses are usually fake (to prevent spammers' lives from being threatened). |
