7.13 Problem Reporting Policy

Policy should require reporting knowledge of any significant problems or violations to management or the SysAdmin. A significant violation might be establishing unauthorized connections to the Internet, running a side business on a company computer, e-mailing company secrets outside the company, or threatening one's ex (or anyone else) via e-mail, but would not include circulating a dirty joke. It is important to maintain sanity here.
