AutoFormat
The AutoFormat feature in both Word and Excel tends to unnecessarily bloat file sizes. It never seems to work the way its name implies, except with the simplest documents and spreadsheets. Of course, you should try it out, but I don't recommend counting on it until you've mastered it.
