Borders in Headers and Footers
Use borders in your headers and footers to separate the body text from the header and footer.
Note that you want a paragraph return after your Header border and a paragraph return before your Footer border. Otherwise, the body text of your document could be placed right beneath (or above) the border, as shown in Figure 11-5.
You’ll want it to look like Figure 11-6 instead.
