RT Essentials

Except for Chapter 1, this book assumes that you use (or want to use) RT to manage tasks. ^[*] As you delve deeper into the book, various sections will be considerably more useful to you if you have at least a basic understanding of the Unix command line, basic Unix systems administration skills, and at least a little bit of experience programming in Perl.
