Despite numerous conspiracy theories on the Web claiming that WildTangent is a plot hatched by Microsoft to spy on computer users, and in light of Alex St. John's Microsoft roots, it's notable that Microsoft is absent from WildTangent's partners list. The link to the WildTangent 3D visualization that hosed my PC was on Microsoft's WindowsMedia.com, which is listed as a partner. So is Logitech, maker of the Cordless Elite Duo MX that George Kurtz and I use. After doing further research into WildTangent and Logitech's Desktop Messenger (which is also spyware), I have to conclude George is right. Mac is more secure than Windows! The reason is as obvious as the nose on your face. WildTangent's 3D fun and games and Logitech's Desktop Messenger don't run on a Mac; they run exclusively on Windows!
