The finishing stage can be a simple process of outputting your sequence to videotape so that you can screen it on your own TV. But it might also involve a number of other possibilities. For example, you may require other material to complete your sequence, such as additional clips or graphic files. You may need to fine-tune the audio or video in your sequence. Or you may need to export a sequence and burn it on a CD or DVD, or use it to author a DVD. You might also want to export a sequence to use it on the Web, to compose music in the Apple Soundtrack application, or to create animated titles in the Apple LiveType application. All this is accomplished in the finishing stages of your project.
