After you've put your sequence of clips together, you will want to refine some of your edit points. You may want to subtract a few frames from the end of one clip or add a few frames to the beginning of another. Trimming one edit point at a time in this way lengthens or shortens a clip, and therefore the entire sequence. As always, there are different ways to approach trimming one edit point at a time, including a special trimming tool, called the Ripple tool.
