The Audio Controls control in the lower left of the Timeline.

That track becomes the only audible track as you play the sequence.

Ctrl-click in the Timeline audio or video track controls area and choose Add Track from the shortcut menu; or choose Sequence > Insert Tracks.

Click the Clip Overlay control in the lower left of the Timeline, next to the Track Height control.
