Formatting PL/SQL Code

TOAD can easily format the PL/SQL code into an easy-to-read format. Figure 4.39 shows the code block before formatting, and Figure 4.40 shows the code block after formatting. TOAD will put a comment line in the header that this code has been reformatted. Right-click in the code block and select Formatting Tools, Format Code to access. See Figure 4.41.

This option is available only if the formatting option was purchased from Quest Software, Inc.
