You can print the presentation slides directly from the CD with Microsoft PowerPoint software by opening the .ppt files and printing as many copies as you ‚ d like. You may create handouts using PowerPoint that display more than one ‚“slide ‚½ per printed page. These may be printed in color or you may choose grayscale or black-and-white. (For best results for non- color , use the overhead masters file. The overhead masters correspond slide-for-slide with the color PowerPoint presentations, and most trainers today prefer to use an LCD projector to display the color versions of the slides during the workshop.)
