Got a big vacation coming up? Create a Tasks category for the trip. Set high priorities for the things that need to be done first like buying tickets, getting visas, and making reservations. Set lower priorities for packing.

Create"task cards"as study aides

By creating a task as a question and attaching a note with the answer, you can create handy flash cards. For example, a student of French might enter "house" as a task, and "la maison" as the note. Enter the information in Palm Desktop software, synchronize, and practice when you're on the go.

Meet big deadlines

Create categories for specific deliverables, such as "Sales presentation" or "School board report." Keep yourself on task by creating easily achievable tasks for each step toward completion, such as "confirm time for presentation." Track deadlines and priorities through the Agenda View in Calendar.
