1. | Open Shake. |
2. | FileIn the coke_comp.1-109#.iff, frame.1-109#.iff, neon.0001.iff, and TRailer.1-109#.iff files from the Lesson12 folder. View the final composite. |
3. | Find the coke_comp clip and load it into the Viewer. |
4. | In the Globals tab, set the timeRange to 1-109. |
5. | Click the Flipbook icon and play the clip once it is loaded. The neon sign and its reflection were added to the moving shot of the trailer. |
6. | Repeat the previous steps to play the TRailer and frame clips. |
7. | Double-click the neon clip to load it into the Viewer. These are your elements. The one-frame neon sign clip will have to be tracked onto the TRailer background plate, while the frame clip will act as a minor reflective element for the sign. |
8. | Close all open flipbooks. Before you assemble all these elements into a MultiPlane node with imported 3D tracking data, they will need to be prepped. To start with, you will want to create a glow for the neon sign. Because a glow effect is something that you could use on more than one occasion, you will create a reusable glow macro. |
