I need to use CDO, but it brings up the dialog that something is trying to access my address book. Is there anyway to disable the message?

No, you can't disable it. Any time an outside application is trying to access certain properties, you'll receive the warning. Outlook 2003 trusts properly constructed add-ins and VBA, but even though CDO is called by the trusted code, it's not trusted. You'll have to use a program called Redemption (http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/) to avoid the prompts completely.
