Oracle High Performance Tuning for 9i and 10g

The simple answer to this question is not too much. Look for extremes and adjust block-sizing parameters for specific tables and indexes. Also do not forget the Oracle9i Database's new feature allowing separation of problematic tables into separate block size spaces, both physically and in memory.
