Establishing Shared Border Frames

Before we begin using shared borders, here's a little bit about what they actually are. Shared borders are actually frames, just like the ones you created in the last chapter. The only difference is that instead of dividing a page into different parts , a shared border frame floats in a specified position on the page. Which is why they are also known as floating frames .
