Syntax: Abs ( number )

Parameters: number ”any expression that resolves to a numeric value.

Description: Returns the absolute value of number; absolute value is always a positive number.

Examples:

Abs ( Get ( CurrentPlatform ))

Returns 1 for MacOS and 2 for Windows.

Abs ( RetailPrice - WholeSalePrice )

Returns the difference between the two prices, regardless of which is larger.
