Use the Print Grid link to format your PWA information and display only the information you need before you export to Excel. Use the Analyze TimePhased Data in Excel Wizard to export your data to Excel and review in chart form for important information you may be missing in Project Professional. Use the Visio WBS Chart Wizard in Project Professional to create a WBS for your project. If you are a visually oriented person, use Visio to create your project schedule and/or timeline and export it to Project Professional. This information can be communicated easily with your project team by posting the image on the project's workspace.
