Doing Business with China

• For maritime transport services, joint venture fleets are permitted, but the foreign equity share shall be no more than 49 per cent.

• Joint ventures for internal waterway transport, road transport and railway transport are permitted. But there are restrictions on equity shares.

• For aviation services, the foreign service providers are permitted to offer computer reservation services and aircraft repair and maintenance services subject to certain conditions.
