Going Wi-Fi: A Practical Guide to Planning and Building an 802.11 Network

This is a newly proposed standard. As it now stands, the 802.11j Task Group is mandated to draft a specification that will meet international regulatory requirements, specifically 4.9-5 GHz operation in Japan, which will requirement enhancement to 802.11a PHY and 802.11 MAC. Basically, 802.11j is the equivalent of 802.11h, but it is designed for the Japanese regulatory environment.
