| 2. | You'll notice in Figure 10.5 that three bookmarks are stored on my device, and there is room on the screen for a total of 10 bookmarks. If you look down in the lower-right corner of the screen, you'll see a series of boxes for accessing additional banks of bookmarks10 totalthus allowing you to store up to 100 bookmarks on your device. Try tapping these boxes to navigate through the bookmark storage areas. | 3. | There are two ways to add a new bookmark to the list of bookmarks. The first approach is to use the Add Bookmark command from the Page menu while viewing the page you'd like to bookmark. This approach is the most efficient, as it automatically grabs the page's URL and name without requiring you to type anything. The other approach is tapping a blank entry in the bookmark list. If you tap a blank entry, the New Bookmark screen opens, as shown in Figure 10.6. Figure 10.6. The New Bookmark screen prompts you to enter the name, description, and URL of a new bookmark.
Tip The Backspace key on the keyboard serves as a handy shortcut for the Back command. | 4. | To enter a new bookmark in the New Bookmark screen, simply enter the name, description, and URL. When you tap the URL field, the Set URL screen opens and assists you in entering the URL with a default URL prefix and the familiar suffix helper boxes. When you're finished entering the bookmark information, tap the OK button to finalize its creation. The bookmark is then added to the bookmark list, as shown in Figure 10.7. Figure 10.7.
