The HFR is a final report derived from the human factors study (outlined in the HFP). This report is used to identify any relevant issues that need to be resolved before implementation. The report also recommends any changes needed to make the product more user-friendly or to improve the overall application ergonomics. These include, but are not limited to, the following four areas:

  1. User-interface issues

  2. Documentation issues

  3. Usability test results

  4. Product or service ratings
