5.11 MIS/Outside Certification Plan (MISCP)

This is a formal plan for the organization's IT or MIS group to use during the certification process. It should include written installation procedures, test procedures, system/software handoff procedures, target delivery dates, and any other procedures or documentation necessary for the IT or MIS team to successfully test, approve, and accept delivery of the application.
