Customizing Windows XP: Visual QuickProject Guide

You don't have to be satisfied with the themes provided. Within a theme, you can change the look and feel of icons, the size and types of fonts, and the way windows and buttons look. You can also change the color scheme of a theme. Here, we're going to change the look of the Desktop icons.

The Desktop icons are now enlarged, as shown on the right.
