Mastering the Requirements Process (2nd Edition)

The facilitator, or team of facilitators, reviews the facts gathered from individual and group input as well as the actual history of the project. The aim is to quantify the findings.

Compare the plan for producing the requirements specification with the actual progress:

• What are the differences?

• How many changes were made during the requirements specification process?

• Is the project suffering from requirements creep?

The facilitator also compares the project plans with the actual progress and reviews the changes to the specification.
