Chapter 10 of the Exchange 2000 Planning Guide (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/itsolutions/guide/plan/p_10_tt1.asp) discusses Outlook Web Access capacity planning and deployment issues in some detail.

Shinder & Shinder have written an outstanding guide to using Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server, ISA Server and Beyond (Syngress). If you’re not an ISA Server expert, you’ll probably find this book worth its weight in gold. (Their earlier Configuring ISA Server 2000 is pretty good, but the newer book has much deeper Exchange and Outlook Web Access coverage.)

The isaserver.org Web site contains a number of useful articles about using ISA with Exchange, as well as a wealth of general ISA troubleshooting and deployment papers and articles that will help you get started.
