1.	A camcorder is always a still camera when you have iMovie around. Video captures 30 frames every secondthe ultimate motor drive.
2.	Click the clip to bring it up in the Viewer. Find the frame you like. Choose File > Save Frame.
3.	Drag the folder directly into the Source list. This will add the photos to the library as well as make a new folder in the Source list.
4.	Click the plus button at the bottom of the window or choose File > New Page.
5.	Double-click the caption, and type the new caption.
