Overview
The CD-ROM included with the book contains three folders with the following contents:

Fonts: fonts for displaying mathematics

Examples: source code for examples from the book

All the applications on the CD-ROM will work with Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP. In addition WebEQ 3.0 and Mathematica 4.2 can be used on Macintosh systems running Mac OS 8.1 or later. More detailed information on each application, along with installation instructions, is provided below.
