Ms. Schoback got her industry start as a trainer in Sega's call center during the "good old days" of Genesis. She then suffered in sales during the "bad old days" of Saturn, and after a refreshing stint working on the Game Designer's Conference, returned to Sega for more punishment in third-party relations for Dreamcast. As Sega's director of external development and publishing, Ms. Schoback thoroughly enjoys overseeing first-party console relations, outbound property licensing, product acquisitions, and not worrying about hardware sales.
