When you re ready to print the report you ve created in Access, you can do so in several ways:

• Right-click the report in the database window, and select Print from the context menu.

• Select the report in the database window and press Ctrl+P.

• Choose Print from the File menu.

• Click Print when the report is displayed in Print Preview.

The first three methods display the Print dialog box, so that you can choose your printer, specify the print range, and enter the number of copies you want. If you click Print while you re viewing the report in Print Preview, however, the report is sent directly to the printer with the default options.
