First Look Microsoft Office 2003

Microsoft Office Document Imaging, which is available with Microsoft Office Tools in the All Programs submenu, has gone through a significant growth spurt. Now the utility includes three toolbars instead of one (Views, Annotate, and Standard); offers improvements in OCR (optical character recognition) technology; provides a search feature; and allows annotations on the documents you scan, convert, and use. (See Figure 8-17.)
