Keynote allows you to find and replace text on your slides, which is handy when Marketing tells you that they've decided to rename the SuperWidget to UltraWidget half an hour before your presentation.
| 1. | Choose Edit > Find > Find, or press . The Find & Replace window appears ( Figure 4.40 ). Figure 4.40. You'll use the Find & Replace window to find text in your presentation. |
| 2. | In the Find field, enter the text you wish to find. |
| 3. | Click Next , or press Return. Keynote finds the text. |
| 4. | To find the next instance of the text, click Next, or choose Edit > Find > Find Next, or press . or To find the previous instance of the text, click Previous, or choose Edit > Find > Find Previous, or press . |

| 5. | (Optional) In the Find section, choose either (or both) Match Case and Whole Words. In the Replace section, you can choose to repeat the search throughout the presentation file by checking "Repeat search (loop)." |
| 6. | Click Replace to replace the first instance of the found text, Replace & Find to replace the first instance and find the next instance, or Replace All to replace the text throughout your presentation. |
