Using @Commands in Agents
@Commands cannot be used in any agent except when the agent runtime selection choice is set to either Agent List Selection, None, or Action Menu Selection, None. These agent runtime events are the only way that @Commands can be executed by a Web browser. This is because a Web browser has no concept of the other options.
Documents can also be selected by using the Search Builder. Clicking the Add Condition button displays the Search Builder window. This feature is useful for creating search agents. Figure 11.12 shows the choices available: By Author, By Date, By Field, By Form, Fill Out Example Form, In Folder, and Multiple Words. This is the same window used in a full-text search, and it functions in exactly the same manner. The Search Builder can create very sophisticated selection criteria.

NOTE
You can add multiple search conditions to the same agent by successively clicking the Add Search button. These conditions are connected by default with a Boolean AND , but OR and NOT can also be used. Using parentheses to change the order of execution is also supported, so complex search conditions can be created.
