Viewing the HTML Source of Your Frameset
If you want to see what kind of HTML Domino produces, you can do so in two ways. First, you can preview it in a Web browser and view the source. You can also get at the HTML for the frameset itself through the Design Synopsis tool. To use Design Synopsis, choose File, Database, Design Synopsis from the menu. This opens the Design Synopsis dialog box. Choose Framesets in the Choose Design Elements tab, and select your frameset. Switch to the Define Content tab and select Frameset from the Line Item list. Make sure that Include JavaScript and HTML is checked. Click OK, and the HTML for the frameset is produced (see Figure 10.17). See Chapter 25, "Analyzing Domino Applications," for more information on how to use Design Synopsis.

If you're familiar with what it takes to create a frameset with HTML, you've probably already noticed that the HTML is pretty sparse. It's certainly not enough HTML to actually launch a frameset. In fact, all that it really contains is the settings for the and tags. As such, you can get a look at the frames to see whether they are set the way you want, but that's about it.
