Administrators who install or maintain Cisco CallManager sometimes have to deal with technical or design issues on their systems. To troubleshoot and monitor those issues, Cisco CallManager provides alarms and traces similar to the functionality of the show and debug commands of Cisco IOS software. This chapter describes how to configure traces on the Cisco CallManager system and discusses tools that allow you to analyze those traces.
