The Action Pane
The Action pane is used to create and modify actions associated with a particular design element. When created, an action can be displayed as a button or in the Actions menu bar for the application. The Action pane is available in the form, folder, subform, and view constructs.
In Figure 3.9, two action buttons have been createdSave and Close. These buttons will appear at the top of the form when opened in the Lotus Notes client. When selected (or clicked) by the user, the document will either be saved or closed. The Formula Language code, associated with the Save button, can be seen in the Programmer's pane.
