Administrators need to have a working knowledge of the various options that are available for Cisco IP Phones to ensure that all of the desired features and functions are available to users and that they are properly configured. This lesson, the second of two parts on features, discusses many Cisco IP Phone features that are available to users in a Cisco IP telephony solution. The chapter includes a discussion of Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility, Call Display Restrictions, Forced Authorization Codes (FAC), Client Matter Codes (CMC), Malicious Call Identification (MCID), and Multilevel Precedence and Preemption (MLPP) features.
