This lesson, the second of two parts on features, discusses many Cisco IP Phone features that are available to users in a Cisco IP telephony solution. The chapter includes a discussion of Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility, Call Display Restrictions, Forced Authorization Codes (FAC), Client Matter Codes (CMC), Malicious Call Identification (MCID), and Multilevel Precedence and Preemption (MLPP) features.
