Summary
The following steps constitute a high-level procedure for transporting BW objects from a development system to other systems:
- Install the BW systems.
- Install the Plug-In (PI) in the R/3 systems.
- Create R/3 source systems in the BW systems.
- Replicate the DataSources in the BW systems.
- Create or modify BW objects in the development system.
- Transport the objects from the development system to the quality assurance system for testing.
- After completing the testing, transport the objects from the development system to the production system.
